Public Seating is a Gamble, and I’ve Made It Worse

Dropped on a public chair, tucked neatly into an envelope, just waiting to ruin someone’s day in the best way possible.
  • Maybe it’s a joke.
  • Maybe it’s a warning.
  • Maybe it’s an extremely specific threat, and they’ll never know for sure.

Who left the letter? Unknown.
Who disappeared? Also unknown.
Who’s sitting there now, staring at the letter, wondering if they’ve made a terrible mistake? Some poor, unsuspecting soul.

Some letters tell a story. Some letters hold secrets.
And some just exist to make strangers deeply uncomfortable in a very public place.

I wrote it down so I could let it go
